Value Stream Mapping: Planning, Leading and Executing
NOTE: For this training session and the February 26 Root Cause Analysis training,
we will offer a $50 per person per workshop discount for the same employee from the same company who registers for both of these trainings. This is in addition to the discounts offered below for sending multiple people from the same company.

Value Stream Mapping: Planning, Leading and Executing is a hands-on workshop designed to develop the basic skills of Value Stream Mapping that can be applied in both plant and administrative/front office settings. Using a case study approach, participants develop and use value stream maps as a method to identify waste and plan for process improvements. When applied to front office processes, attendees learn how to identify areas for process improvement that will reduce lead times, improve first time quality of information, and improve service. Examples of front office process realizing significant customer impact include order entry, quoting, new product definition, engineering order changes and shipping. The Value Stream Mapping process is appropriate for any organization with significant administrative processes: manufacturing, government, health care, higher education, banking and insurance.
