Does it sometimes feel like you are always starting Lean over again?  We have a solution for you!

While fundamentals of Lean are simple, most enterprises struggle to motivate employees to keep continuous improvement a daily routine. The fact is, if you’re not practicing making small improvements every day there will likely come a time where you must make big corrections…and it may seem like you’re starting Lean all over again!

Filling the need to help you establish and sustain a practical and effective means to develop the required thinking  and culture of daily continuous improvement, VMEC is scheduling its first, full-day “Introduction to Kata” session. Proven Improvement Kata and Coaching Kata tools used effectively by Toyota managers will be taught during this practical workshop.  This session will be taught by Jon Bates, VMEC Professional Manufacturing and Business Growth Advisor.  Jon is a certified Toyota Kata trainer and part of a select group of individuals authorized to deliver the TWI Institute’s 10-hour Improvement Kata and Coaching Kata Program.

Payment: Please make check payable to “VMEC” and mail to PO Box 12, Randolph Center, VT 05061-0012. To pay by credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX), click here.
