This course builds on the theme of Lean Accounting and provides participants with a "Starter Set" of key performance measures. These measures have been developed for a typical Lean company, and time is spent during this session teaching how to link the measures to company, value stream, and cell strategies and goals as well as teaching about the performance measures themselves.

Previous experience with Value Stream Mapping is required.
