Strategic and long range planning is a VMEC workshop designed to train senior management teams in the planning process. Using six stages, the current state of the organization is analyzed, a long term future state is visualized and a plan put in place to realize that future. Along the way, issues such as succession planning and exit strategies, reward and recognition systems and growth plans are created and refined.
