In this interactive, one-day workshop, participants will be facilitated in creating the framework for a Change Management Plan for their company. They will learn why most organizational change/improvement projects fail. Typical change management problems encountered while implementing lean manufacturing will be discussed. A Change Management "Roadmap" will be presented. A number of practical models, techniques, and tools will be explored, with specific application toward successful implementation of lean manufacturing. Participants will learn strategies for sustaining the desired change through facilitated team discussions with their peers. The day's activities will culminate with a framework for a Change Management Plan that participants will be able to use to implement organizational change projects such as lean manufacturing in their companies.
