Increases Velocity of Existing & New Ideas for Growing Your Sales and Profits
In just one day, your VMEC Innovation Engineering Black Belt will help you get your existing ideas moving faster and at the same time, spark a few new ideas for growing your sales and profits. You can customize the program; however, the most popular format is a portfolio approach focusing energy on each of the three proven ways to grow sales and profits.
How It Works Step 1: Planning Meeting: We meet to gain an understanding of your organization’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. We identify who will attend the Jump Start session and set up pre-work: 1) Assessment of innovation attitudes, beliefs and confidence, 2) two hours of stimulus mining of customer problems, marketplace competitors, new technologies and/or future trends and 3) on-line sharing of ideas, advice and findings. Step 2: Innovation Engineering CREATE session: Your VMEC Innovation Engineering Black Belt will guide your team in an intense day of thinking deeper and smarter about existing and new ideas. They’ll use a disciplined “Ideas to Paper” process to define clearly what their ideas are. They’ll be coached in identifying the “Death Threats” to projects AND creating Plan, Do, Study, Act action plans. Or as we call it, using a “Fail FAST Fail CHEAP” mindset to dissolve fears and frustrations. Step 3: Innovation Engineering Coaching: Once a week, for four weeks, your Black Belt will help your team problem solve Death Threat issues and create possible solutions. The focus of coaching is very disciplined on defining the Customer PROBLEM, Benefit PROMISE, Product/ Service PROOF and most important of all the Math Game Plan for growing sales and profits. At the three week point, ideas for new offerings or customers are tested to quantify probability of success. After four weeks, you will have “gotten started” on the development of your Innovation Pipeline for growing wealth. |

Can you give us one day? We’ll help you get started on accelerating ideas into reality.
