For the second quarter, every delivery of the company's widgets colorful plastic snowflakes connected together with colorful plastic rods was on time, up from just 67 percent during the previous quarter.

The number of widgets produced was double the company's previous best effort. The number of widgets sent on time tripled the existing record. Inventory remained stable, despite the increased production.
