Brad joined VMEC in November 2004. Besides working with VMEC manufacturing clients on a broad range of issues, Brad has worked extensively with the VMEC New England Manufacturing Supply Chain (NEMSC) Defense Initiative and with the VMEC Process Strategies Group (PSG) implementing Lean principles, Lean thinking, and Lean process improvements in the fields of healthcare, higher education, and more. |
Brad Bauman, P.E., is a 1984 graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He has more than 20 years of practical engineering and management experience, including production and process engineering positions in manufacturing and other companies.
